Vandaag een reeks foto's van Mec Yek, gemaakt door Sarah Baur in 2002. Zoals je kunt zien, werd Katarina Pohlodkova nog niet geflankeerd door haar zus Milka Pohlodkova op zang, maar door haar vriendin Luba Macova, die na een tijdje besloot dat een zangcarrière niet haar ding was.
Gelukkig was Milka bereid om bij de band te komen en is ze op vandaag nog steeds een van de twee frontvrouwen.
Andere muzikanten op de foto zijn Piet Maris, Mathieu Verkaeren en Mattias Laga in een jongere versie.

Building up to our birthday bash Choux-Fest [04042020] | VK (get your tickets!), it's our pleasure to share some of them here in the weeks to come.
Today, we look back in black and white on a gig by Jaune Toujours in June 2001 in the port of Brussels called "Musette au fil de l'eau". Little did we know that we would install our headquarters across the water a few years later.
Bert Bernaerts was still a member of the band back then. He moved on to perform in youth theatre with Zonzo Compagnie and directs the marching band HOP FROG Fanfare.
