The night in Brussels is a fascinating biotope in which people work, party, roam, sleep, eat, search and find or not. Enough material for inspiring scenes and strong stories.
The Flemish Community Commission and the arts center of Recyclart joined forces, for the NACHTVOLK / NIGHTSHIFT / PRESENCES NOCTURNES photography competition.
